photo of maple leaf Welcome to the Empire State College Maple Resource Center.  Our purpose is to help you learn how to use Maple for your course work.  The Maplesoft website and the Maple Portal installed with your Maple software on your computer contain much useful information, so much that it may seem a little overwhelming at first.  We will try to point you to the resources that will benefit you the most in getting started.


Navigating this siteOn the left, you will see a menu.  Click on the appropriate menu item. If you open a page from the menu, you navigate back using the browser back-arrow or by clicking on a different menu option.  Any pages that link out to Maplesoft’s website will open on a new browser page or tab, which you must close when done.

**Caution:  For your computer security, please note that Maplesoft does NOT collect information about you, other than the very minimal amount required during software activation (name, email, etc.)

**Maple’s web address is with NO spaces, hyphens or underscores.  Please be sure to always carefully check email sender names — this is true for all email — hackers and spammers are becoming increasingly sophisticated.

**Maple does not send out patches through the email to download and update your software.  Should you receive such a message at any time, you should go to the home page and click on the support tab to find the customer support page.  You should contact Maplesoft to report this and receive clarification.
