Trouble with Maple files

If you are having difficulty attaching your Maple file to an assignment or discussion post in your course OR you cannot download a Maple file from the course, then first review the steps outlined in the Maple Files page.  If you think you were following the directions, then the next thing to do is contact your course instructor who may be able to help you.

The SUNY Empire Technology Service Desk personnel have a broad base of information to help resolve these matters, as there are many combinations of Operating System version, browser version, browser settings, settings within the course, …  If your issue cannot be resolved quickly, notify your course instructor about your difficulty.
